You have to set up both short-term and long-term goals for you to stay focused on it. But always remember that in reaching your goals, you should focus and dedicate yourself in every step you take and move you make.
2. Give up carbs
One of the most sinful things to have on earth is carbs. It doesn’t only make you unhealthy but also shortens your life. So, if you’re really taking your fitness and wellness goal seriously, you better give up on eating carbs.
This would probably look like a lot of torture to you once you crave for something. But one thing you can do is to slowly eliminate it on your diet. You can gradually replace it with fruits and vegetables.
3. Say “no” to soda
If you want to say “Hello” to a fitter and healthier body, then you must now learn how to say “no” to soda. It might look like some sort of a comfort drink to other people but definitely not.
Too much soda intake may result in numerous health problems such as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, obesity, asthma, it doesn’t also help in losing weight but do the opposite of it instead.
4. Say “yes” to a regular workout
Once you learned how to say “no” to soda or sugary drinks, you might want to greet and say “yes” to regular exercise. Your body needs to be physically active in order to run blood and nutrients effectively. And, this could be the “Hall of Famer” once you go and search on how to get fit and healthy.
That’s why at least 5-6 days a week of working out is highly advisable. When you exercise, you’re giving your body the chance to lose weight, to get away from possible health problems, to eliminate stuck toxins, and to stay fit and active as possible.
5. Increase your water intake
Don’t ever come to a point where you dehydrate yourself. This could affect you and your body so badly. Water is a very good source of oxygen and once you lack it, there’s a big tendency for your brain to fail that may cause you to breakdown.
You have to consume 8 or more glasses a day in order to keep your body hydrated and well-oxygenated. As long as a good flow of oxygen is on the run, your body will have more opportunity to burn those stubborn fats or carbs, and of course, run every system in good condition.
6. Give yourself enough amount of sleep
To stay fit and healthy, you don’t just have to focus on starving or exhausting yourself, you must also give yourself enough time to rest. After a long day working out, you need some time to recharge and heal your heart and blood vessels.
And that’s the time “enough amount of sleep” will come to the picture. Sleep boosts your immune system, increases your breathing capability, and decreases the risk of obesity, heart disease and infections.
Last but definitely not the least on your list is detoxifying. Though it’s not that scientifically supported, very good number of those who tried it come out and voice out impeccable results. Detox means eliminating toxins that may be stuck inside your body for years or so. It’s like giving your inner body a good bathtime.
It’s said that washing off toxins in your body may reduce your stress, anxiety, weight gain, and risk from certain health problems, and will definitely make your skin brighter and young-looking.
Now that you’ve been given these powerful suggestions which are free for you to try, would you come and let it pass? Oh no, that’s a very bad idea. Why not go and try it all yourself? Once you’ve come up with the result, good or bad, please let us know your story.
